What we actually are

An NCR-registered debt counselling practice, registration NCRDC2423, operating since 2015. We are not a credit provider, a debt consolidator, or a company that can make a listing disappear for a fee. We assess whether someone is over-indebted under the National Credit Act and, where they are, restructure what they owe through the courts.

The whole process runs on chat — the assessment, the proposal, and signing your Form 16 — because most people who need this cannot take a morning off to sit in an office, and most of them start at night.

We publish our own research, the South African Financial Pressure Index, with the sample size beside every figure. Where a reading moves against us, it goes out anyway.
